Don’t call someone with anxiety a coward.
Don’t laugh at their despair as if it’s joke.
Don’t compare it to another disorder that is or may be linked because they’re not the same.
For a person already nervous and panicking, it’s clear that forceful action is not going to make matters better.
It also goes to say that mental health is not some issue to put on the back burner because you don’t want to put in the effort to understand it.
It’s serious and sometimes even silence is a cry for help.
Don’t neglect me – support me.
